This weekend enjoy #Lazypalooza, aka Lollapalooza, live from your couch

You don't need to be in Chicago to know that this weekend's live stream of Lollapalooza on YouTube is kind of a big deal. Starting Friday at 2:30 p.m. CST, you can catch the streaming sets from 20+ artists live from Grant Park in your living room.

From Friday's kickoff with Icona Pop (we love it), to Nine Inch Nails' first U.S. performance since 2009, to Steve Aoki and The Cure closing out the weekend on Sunday, it's all on YouTube.

Based on search trends, "lollapalooza live" is already the top related search terms to Lolla, which shows that you expect to see a music event like this live on YouTube. And the fastest rising search is for "arctic monkeys lollapalooza," which means they must have really left an impression on you in 2011.

Being lazy never sounded so good.

Thanks a bear-sized billion!

Occasionally we invite special guests to share their thoughts on the YouTube Blog. This week Super Simple Songs reached 1 billion channel views on YouTube, joining a select group of family educational channels who have achieved that honor. To celebrate that achievement, we're pleased to bring you a special note from Mama Bear.

During my last hibernation I dreamt of berries, honey bees, and billions of views. And this week you've made my dreams come true! Super Simple Songs now has more than 1 billion channel views on YouTube.

Thank you to all of the parents, teachers and families who watch our videos. Some of my favorites include "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and "Open Shut Them."

To thank you for making our dreams come true, I want to share a song that helps me get Baby Bear to sleep, "Sweet Dreams (Goodnight Song)."

Mama Bear recently watched, "Mister Rogers Remixed | Garden of Your Mind | PBS Digital Studios."

P.S. We can't always find a way to watch YouTube in the forest, but when we can we use Safety Mode and read about tips in the Safety Center.
